1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Azadi Financial Services customer portal ("the Portal"). By logging in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.
2. Eligibility
The Portal is available to customers with an active finance agreement with Azadi Financial Services. Access is authenticated using your date of birth, postcode, and agreement number.
3. Account security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Sessions expire after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- Only one active session is permitted per account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Payments
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Payments may take up to three working days to be reflected in your balance.
- Settlement figures are valid for the period stated and may change if additional payments are made.
5. Payment date changes
You may change your payment date once during the lifetime of your agreement. Changing your payment date may result in additional interest being charged. This is confirmed before you submit the change.
6. Bank detail updates
When updating your bank details through the Portal, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorised signatory, the account requires only one signatory, and you can authorise debits from the account.
7. Documents
Documents provided through the Portal are for your personal use only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure documents are accurate but do not guarantee their completeness.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azadi Financial Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
