Azadi Financial Services is a trading name of Azadi Motors Limited (registered in England No. 1770010). We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through this portal.

- Financial data: agreement details, payment history, bank details (encrypted at rest)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, session identifiers

- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud
Legal basis for processing

Data sharing
We share your data only with:
- Stripe: to process card payments (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Google Cloud Platform: to host and store data securely
- Regulatory bodies: where required by law

Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of your agreement plus six years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements. Audit logs are retained for three years.

Security
We protect your data using encryption at rest and in transit, content security policies, rate limiting, session management, and audit logging. Bank details are AES-256 encrypted — only the last four digits of your account number are ever displayed.
